Huadu Hotel

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night as we were going on a cruise. The price of the room was inexpensive. The room was clean. The bed is firm which helped my back problem. The only criticism I could state is there was no shower curtain nor a bath mat. The staff were very friendly but barely speak English. One of the staff at the front desk has a speak and translate AI feature on her cell phone. That's how we communicated. The free breakfast is vegetarian. People who are vegetarian will Iove this hotel. I enjoyed the duck hard boiled egg, porrige, vegetarian fried egg, sea weed, tofu, etc. The city is crime free and very clean. There is a night market where you can eat even in the middle of the night which is half a block away. I wish I could stay a bit longer for...

After viewing through reviews of this hotel in tripadvisor, I google the hotel up and found their website http://huaduhotelkeelung.com . I booked and paid in full last night at their website which direct me to some sort of a payment system named 'Reseliva'.Today I called up the hotel just to add more booking only to be told that no such booking is found and asked me to contact reseliva. From the phone conversation, the hotel staff (sounded like elder aunties talking in hokkien) did not bother to check & interrupted me and asked me to check with reseliva. I might have been scammed some money but the hotel staff need to have some manners even if she is an elderly lady. I am not sure what to do right now. The reseliva hotline is a number from Turkey....
