和平豆花 — Restaurant in Luodong

美味， 服務又好又快. So good that I didn't take the time to take a picture.

Locations: at the junction between two busy roads, few seats outdoors which are great for relaxing if one downstairs mind the traffic. Ambience: outdoor seating, service is cordial and fast.

Food: great texture. Smooth, not too liquid, not too puddle-like. True asian pudding that melts in your mouth with a great after taste. I had it without any add-ons, original flavour with special request of no sugar water (standard TW style they put the 糖水 (sugar water) or 豆漿 (more soy milk) ,薑湯 （ginger soup). It felt very fresh and portions are generous. Toppings range from green beans, red beans, to barley powder. Made from scratch in the old fashioned way.

Good food, and great service. When we arrived, they were not ready to open shop, but let us in to sit down anyway. It was a great relief to set down our backpacks and luggage on a scorching hot day

Ordered peanut beancurd, which was really tasty with a distinct peanut taste.

We also tried to order ai yu jelly but were told it was out of stock. But later on, the nice lady came out with a bowl of all the ai yu jelly she could scrounge up - free of charge.

Pretty solid 豆花. The texture of the 豆花 itself was a bit thicker if i could even use that descriptor. Didnt taste as light as the regular tofu.. Good quantity and price. The 仙草 combo also had an abundance of ingredients. I did not order the 仙草 but my parents liked it. It was pretty busy when we got there but the wait wasn't awful. You could tell everyone was working as quickly as they could back there and the girls came out regularly to clear the tables. They were very aware of what...
