Café Grazie Nangang CTBC Financial Park Branch — Restaurant in Nangang District

Only tried the pizza so not sure about other menu items, but the pizza was overcooked and too dry. Toppings were also pretty scarce on some of the pizzas (seemed a bit random with the amount of toppings/sauce). I do not like dry pizza, so, while ordering, we asked to add extra sauce to our pizzas. The server said okay, but later came out with a small cup of ketchup as the extra sauce.... ! We asked again to put "pizza sauce" on the pizza before it is cooked, and they said they will. Funny thing though, when the pizzas arrived there was no sauce on them at all and two of three was overcooked....thank goodness they did not charge us for this "extra sauce". So if you are going to order the pizzas here, be aware it will be dry and there is a chance of being overcooked. I feel this restaurant needs better quality control with what they are sending out to their customers....

I don't understand why the restaurant never gives enough menus for the people at the table. I've been to many off their branches and they only give 2 regular menus and 2 special menus when we are 4 people. So if you're not interested in ordering from the special menu, you have to wait for someone to finish using the regular menu before you can look at it. The last time we visited they forgot to bring one of the starters we ordered. Nobody came to the table to ask if everything was good and whether we enjoyed our meals. We had to wave our hands to get someone's attention and because of that we received that starter only with...

Just had the worst pizza I've eaten in my life. The menu said that the pizza has Italian style sausage on it, but when it came it was the sweet Taiwan style sausage. Very disappointing. I would not order it if you told me it was Taiwanese style sausage. I know inflation is affecting everyone but calling sweet Taiwanese sausage Italian sausage is taking it a bit too far. I wouldn't be surprised to receive the generic insincere "thank you for your feedback..." reply...
