The service was quick and friendly.

There is a minimum of NT$218 person or if you want to share a hot pot you can pay an extra NT$30.

The vegetables and meat was very fresh and clean. I really like how the broth tasted. There is bottomless black tea and winter melon tea that you can drink.

請問石二鍋是放棄這間分店了嗎？ 我吃桂林、樹林和士林分店的品質都非常穩定， 就只有這間店！ 從入座到用餐結束整個感受都非常差！

1.入座後店員說要拿QRCode給我們掃碼點餐，結果店員完全忘記這件事直接跑去帶位？讓我們坐在那邊乾等～

2.明明店內用餐人數不多，肉盤還可以忘記上…比我們晚來的客人都已經拿到肉盤，真的很誇張！

3.醬料區 超 級 無 敵 髒！！！一看就知道沒在清，髒到‘’一堆蟲‘’在醬料區上面飛、桌子上面爬！這醬料吃了不會出事嗎？？？真的超級噁！

4.雪花牛漏上就算了，送來的店員還一副漏的理所當然～重點是還超難吃，要肉味沒肉味，油脂的地方看起來還黃黃的，超可怕…..

5.高麗菜不知道為什麼每片都超級厚？吃起來還粉粉的？？重點是煮了一小時都煮不爛，超誇張==...

餐點的部分就不多敘述跟其他店一樣是好吃的 當然本人也不是第一次到德光店用餐之前的阿姨們熱情也專業 但上次去一些年輕人們的服務人員素質真是不敢恭維 15:37分點的餐一開始以為王品集團的服務真是沒話說，猜想可能是因為怕桌面空間不夠所以豬魚雙饗的肉盤沒有直接上，到後面收了一次空盤後直到16:20豬魚雙饗的肉盤一直沒上我便向服務人員確認餐點為什麼半個小時多小時還沒上肉盤，結果服務人員理直氣壯的看著我說”因為我忘了所以沒上”，我當下真的是傻住了，原來是我把王品集團想的太好了一句不好意思的話也沒有，接著第一次上錯肉盤我便又禮貌的跟店員反應說”不好意思肉盤送錯了我還沒上的肉盤是豬魚雙饗”，店員看了一下就回了一個”喔”肉盤就拿走了，我當下就有些情緒了第二次上肉盤竟然還是送錯上了牛跟魚的肉盤我當下本來是要請店長過來的但後面想想算了大家都是辛苦工作，後來一對男女店員在用餐區一直打情罵俏後面男店員居然直接打了女店員的屁股，我當下真的是搖搖頭心想王品...
