The customer service here is absolutely slack. I tried calling for two consecutive days trying to make a booking but no one ever answers the phone. Given that I couldn’t make a booking, I then made an online order to takeaway on 8/19.
However, when I turned up at the store 30 minutes later, the staff told me they had only just seen the online order so I had to wait for another 30 minutes. This experience was very frustrating and I hope some improvements will be made in the future regarding staff attention.
PS, I tried contacting the store after seeing the manager’s apology below. However, the email address provided was wrong! I even tried correcting the spelling to “Cometrue” and it is still wrong. This makes the store’s apology seem completely disingenuous and reinforces my opinion about their bad...
Read moreThe second time visiting this place (the last time was long ago), I was disappointed by how much the service degraded. The staff is pretty friendly, yet, the quality of service is very poor.
Ordered a thin pizza-like dish, which took about 30 minutes to serve and that's okay. However, the plate was served to the wrong table (the table next to me. The diners are nice enough to hand the dishes to me. I don't know if the staff saw it, or they just genuinely don't care). If the story ends here, I would still rate it 3 stars as long as the food tastes good. What's worse is that there's a hair on the pizza...is it a triple kill or what? Won't visit this...

——————————————— 先說,若之後沒有取消「服務費」,我大概是不會再光顧這間據點。 因為我幾乎沒有得到我該有的「被服務」品質。
餐點整體上不錯,包括舒芙蕾口感、櫻桃鴨薄餅的味道,都算值得推薦;那堤較普,沒想像地順口,美中不足。
但我要開始來數落「服務」的不是了(先強調,非假日時段,且仍有空位並非極繁忙之時間點入內用餐):
第一,座位區除了一些預訂保留席,明明有好幾桌空位,可是卻先安排我們入座中間的位子(左右兩旁為空)。這帶座的SOP挺微妙的,不是很能理解。 我為了讓年邁的媽媽方便出入上廁所,所以讓她坐靠外側寬敞的位子,我坐裡面排。然後入座後果然沒多久就一位男客人入座坐在我旁邊桌...直接卡住我出入的動線。
平時這情況我通常會反映想換桌,不過一開始想說體諒服務人員就不多講什麼。但仍很納悶這種詭異的帶座方式......
第二,我可以接受手機掃描QRcode點餐,但不太能理解為何點完餐不能等到餐後再結帳或是直接提供線上先結帳? 難道不知道用餐區很小,動線很擠,要走到櫃檯一趟很麻煩嗎?
第三,重點來了,我點了一杯烤堅果那堤,我媽媽的部分則因顧慮她老人家喝太甜不好、但她又不愛純咖啡,所以我說服她點原味那堤。 這下可好,服務人員A首先端上來一杯「那堤」,因為我在內側而我媽坐外側,所以服務員理所當然從外側她身旁切入放上桌,然後用不怎麼有精神的聲音說著:「這是xx那堤」。我當下因為要確認餐點,所以很快出聲回服務人員A問:「這是原味拿鐵嗎?」哇靠~竟然不理我,放下咖啡隨即離開...嗯,好吧,我就當作你是確認了。
接著,服務人員B端上了第二杯「那堤」,這次有說的比較清楚了:「這是原味拿鐵哦,請慢用。」我隨即反應不對,內心開始竄起火苗...於是我回說:「這是原味的?可是剛剛那位服務員送來時說剛剛那杯是原味拿鐵耶?你們是做重複嗎?」 想不到天真的服務人員B竟然帶著不知是否有真「不好意思」的想法,回了句:「那你們喝喝看,如果有甜的那就是風味拿鐵了。」
靠杯!你這句不是大廢話嗎?!我也曉得喝了就知道哪杯是哪杯啊!但今天如果對座是我不熟的同事,人家都喝好幾口了,我還能說那我拿你的回來喝嗎? 拎鄒罵當下聽到這蔣幹畫真的三把火完全點燃!
我是靠我內心強大的意志力來壓過這把怒火...只能說感謝我伴侶也從事服務業,所以我也能體諒服務的辛苦。但不見得能體諒服務員如此沒sense。
(還是你們只認「那堤」不聽「拿鐵」?)🤣
第四,光憑這點我覺得你們就不該收取10%了。我們這桌從鹹食到甜點都完全吃光了,外場服務人員來來去去整理空桌、排桌椅,就是不見有人來幫我們收個餐盤或倒水。 有個公共區域能讓我們自己倒水那也就算了,結果今天你們不倒水,也不來收桌子...是不知道桌子很小嗎?
我還以為每個店家都會很要求翻桌率,急著收人家盤子呢,想不到竟然有店家不願意收桌...呵呵~那我乾脆去星x克坐好了,我自己收杯盤...
最後,空盤子就是留到我們已經要來走人了。
再次強調,我當然都能當下反映給你們服務人員,只不過我看現場的每個服務人員貌似都太嫩(我是指應對),真的要遇到我「發動攻勢」,你們可能會招架不住😂
以上情況也非只針對服務態度所述 就因為如此,所以我選擇事後把遭遇的狀況記錄下來,給更多人知道。
噢對了,你們服務人員可以好好觀察客人,別像喪屍一樣喊口令嗎?
每個走出去的都直接喊「謝謝光臨」有點好笑 (我也才剛點完餐去櫃檯結帳拎著包包要去洗手間而已...剛帶入座但又沒注意過我?)
