One of the best ramen shops I have ever been for the soup, egg, and cha shao, in any place, including Japan. Definitely the best soft centre egg ever. I lived in Japan for more than five years and have a Japanese spouse. We walked past this ramen shop many times and were always curious about the long line.

Unfortunately, our expectations were too high — this isn’t authentic Japanese ramen. The soup was bland, and the noodles were overcooked.
