One of the best ramen shops I have ever been for the soup, egg, and cha shao, in any place, including Japan. Definitely the best soft centre egg ever. Ample egg taste with good depth of marination yet soft and creamy yolk. The only complaint would be the noodle itself. I guess they are constrained with the all you can eat offer that they can’t serve high enough handmade quality noodle for it. Still a very good ramen shop.

今天大概兩點到板橋三鐵共構的捷運站，總之這個區域就算是兩點還是非常熱門，有可能是因為暑假又快要結束了很多學生小孩都會坐捷運坐高鐵來這邊交通很方便。 我覺得他們很這間店很適合快吃搬桌率高，就是大家都會自動自發的吃完就要走了，不會說還吃了桌子上空的在那邊一直聊天。 我們變得是辣的豚骨拉麵非常的好吃，天氣熱加一點辣辣味道非常的開胃，也許可以再賣一小碗白飯就可以讓客人把湯加白飯一起喝完，

Japanese ramen business is very competitive in Taipei area. Many restaurants are unable to survive. However, this one at Banqiao station is constantly packed. Why? Because it's ramen is outstanding and you don't need to spend a lot of $. Plus, there's no 10% service charge.The only thing negative is its tea. It tastes like it added bleach. Wish they serve...
