Read more今天剛好來板車逛街,想說至少兩年多沒吃朱記了,雖然上次來這吃的時候,對它的評價,也是感覺它越做越差,都沒有一個連鎖店應該有的食物味道調味的sop流程,但就是想說來回味一下,於是就去排隊等吃午餐了
ㄧ、排隊候位須知不清楚 門口牆上有個掃碼候位的資訊,掃進去後卻無法使用,跟著人排隊後,想說去一下店員,是否就跟著排就好,才知道要先跟店員登記後位後,才可排隊 此政策卻無在門口公告,以致排隊循序與候位順序不符,雖然我們剛好有去問,才後到比較前面,但如果不知道的人,就單純的跟著排的話,儘管店員有出來一一詢問是否有登記候位,也依然會產生時間差
二、這次點了必點的小米粥、還點了雞盅、鍋貼跟蝦仁炒飯,順拿了小菜(涼拌雲耳、黃金泡菜)。 除了小米粥跟鍋貼還行外,其餘都讓我覺得食之無味,棄之不可惜
(1)雞盅的肉雖然可成軟嫩,但湯無味,如同白開水一般,根本無提現出所謂的盅的價值。
(2)蝦仁炒飯不香,也沒啥味道,我還以為是我的味覺問題,想說淋點旁邊的醬油後,應該就還行,但還是覺得如同嚼蠟一般,吃不到一半後,我就說:這飯別吃了,難吃,別虐待自己,結論就是炒飯既不香也無鹹味,火侯控制跟調料的量皆無掌控
(3)小菜中的涼拌雲耳,也如簡單調味一下,就著急端上一般,有味道卻差了味道,僅是一點酸味,不夠酸、香油也加不夠;黃金泡菜就比它好一點,有帶酸,但卻不是那種覺得正常黃金泡菜會有的酸度
整體而言,評價很低,從我在百貨公司第一次吃這家開始,到今天再吃,雖然過了很多年,但如今還是記得當初的那個味道,確實廚房培訓還是很重要的,調料的掌控也是非常需要加強 我寧願付錢直接走人,也不願委屈自己...
