Haven’t given out 5 stars rating for a while and this place definitely deserves a top rating.
This restaurant is specialized in the Shandong’s (Lu) cuisine, known for its refined technique and balance of tastes – salty, sweet, sour, bitter and spicy. One dish that can represent most of these elements would be their Shandong Roast Chicken. The chicken was Deep-fried first to give its signature dark and caramelized color, then it gets steamed in an herbal bath to full cook the flesh and lock in the flavors, combination with a fragrant sweetened tangy sauce and finally top it all up with a generous amount of diced garlic and a touch of cilantro.

The seating and table was not given 4 dishes and hotpot. We wereparty of 3. Such a small table and my parents were not comfortable sitting there, plus, we were in front of kitchen so the smell was really bad.
