This stall and the nice couple were a relief after experiencing noisy, unpleasant and loud people all over the night market. They welcomed us warmly, we seated ourselves next to their stall, took our food order promptly, and served the food really fast. The food was nice and hot. Not too salty. I really like the couple. The man was very polite to this pair of Japanese tourists who took seats at a table where a Taiwanese guy was sitting and waiting for his friends who were ordering food at the stall. He explained politely through gestures and soft tones (as there was a language barrier) that the seats were for customers only. The Japanese tourists immediately vacated the seats.

Soup is flavourful (I think its contain katsuoboshi) thick texture (potato starch) fish cake is very crunchy ( i dont know what kind of fish) intestine is soft smooth and five spice flavour is very good

This stall was recommended by our local tour guide cum driver. Said the mianxian was better than the famous Ah Zhong mianxian at Ximending. We tried it. Better than average. But don't think its better than Ah Zhong. Oysters tasted like it was frozen. Not fresh. Intestines were a bit hard. Their oden was quite...
