A cozy, neighborhood six-seater ramen bar tucked next to an American fried chicken joint: warm lighting, minimal, warm wooded decor. The menu was just as cozy as the ambience— focused and understated. We ordered two chicken ramens (200ntd each); while the wait was a bit longer than we anticipated, the bowls came out plated with care and just so by the gentle-faced proprietor.
Lovely simple char on the chicken, seasoned with a touch of rosemary. The noodles were chewy, and the touch of vegetables and chopped onions gave it freshness. Overall, we left feeling satisfied and eager to return to try the other menu items. Highly...
