Hey bros and hos. This is how i determined how each star was earned: Duck blood wasn't sweet. In fact most of the savory dishes were not sweet, which is a miracle in taiwan since a lot of restaurants apparently mislabel their salt and end up using sugar instead. Service was quick No clowns trying to rush me out of the restaurant. My waiter also had a cool haircut

No 4th or 5th star because the flavor was lacking. For example, the mala pot wasn't spicy or salty. My dad even said said "normally i can't eat spicy food, but this was no problem for me". Unbelievable. My dad cries whenever there is a single pepper that touches his tongue, and he ate the mala pot NO PROBLEM. Embarassing.

You cant call yourself a shanghai/sichuan restaurant when your food doesn't have bold flavors that represent their cuisines. The good news is that this is an easy fix: SEASON YOUR FOOD. Salt and pepper is your friend, not your enemy.

If i come next time and the mala pot doesn't make my dad cry, im lowering this review to 2 stars. Get good, or get...

雷到爆滑到此則的朋友我只能說三個字：快逃吧。

完全不知道服務人員再瞎忙什麼？是一群PT打工仔？ 1.點餐完畢後服務人員來告知某某菜已經賣完，我們要換另外一個餐點也賣完，我們並告知我們在換一個菜再用線上點餐送單，然後然後吃到一半，服務生上了當初告知說賣完的菜...然後就開始模式，送餐妹妹拿回去確認後又一個疑似控餐或小組長的人出來問：請問你們是不要了嗎？當下差點站起來揍人，經過一番解釋才知道另外一位服務員要告知比我們後面到的客人說某菜已售完確告知到我們這桌，然後一句抱歉都沒有。 2.陸續上餐三到比較鹹的菜的時候，白飯還未到是要吃殺小？標準SOP根本有問題，催促應該白飯要先上才送上來...送菜的人疑似PT打工仔的服務品質跟態度我就不說了 3.點了啤酒兩瓶酒放再桌上很帥的離開了，過了一段時間遇到人才說..請問開瓶器呢！！沒開瓶器要我用牙齒開嗎？服務人員聽到才跑去拿，拿回來也沒有示意一下或是直接幫忙開啤酒一隻手遞給你就離開,服務費到底在付三小？ 4.一大壺蘋果汁150元,你們出餐的時候有沒有嘗試過味道？這種價位你們果汁竟然套水還套很多你們要不要自己喝看看蘋果汁啥味道？我們喝不到半壺根本是異次元飲品！ 5.特色菜招牌菜尤其是脆皮烤雞，一點都不熱只有微溫，一般住家有在料理的人應該知道烤雞隔夜再放進微波爐加熱後沒有完全加熱後微溫的味道...沒錯就是這味！（脆皮）？又乾又柴半隻380真的是薛爛。 6.出菜沒在計，吃到一半打工仔過來盯著看然後手上再畫單然後再問我們xxx菜有到嗎... 7.吃素食著注意，全素素食朋友如果餐廳沒換鍋應該都吃得出來..扯的是這家的可做素食的菜竟然有大蒜！同行友人直接爆掉 8.結帳去櫃檯，被櫃檯人員說你們的結賬單呢？吃了一肚子氣桌上什麼小都沒有你跟我要結賬單....

真的是奇妙的父親節，精華地段這種品質跟服務
