I’ve never been to Germany, the way the chefs start off with the flight experience and slowly introducing dish by dish was a feeling that could only be felt abroad. It was a remarkable experience the food was unique and tastes amazing! Sitting in the bar area we could feel the Japanese styled Omakase but yet it wasn’t sushi it was actually a course menu. The chefs in a tiny little kitchen with their flexible bodies plating, washing dishes and cooking in that refined space was interesting to watch! I wonder to myself how 5-6 chefs and sometimes the waiters/waitresses would go in a and help, how they work so well in unison. The overall experiences was spectacular and you could really feel the captured memories in each dish through the complex flavours, to the excellent service (my girlfriend couldn’t speak Chinese and the staff was helping out to translate), and well designed interiors. I’m not sure why this place even has bad reviews,but I would say its simply because they don’t want to be fully immersed into the experience. If you’re looking for a dinner that’s different this is the place to go to. After calling them a fine dining restaurant they corrected me and would like to call themselves a “fun dining” , it really was fun!
