I used to be a loyal customer of this tea shop. They offered tasty teas and juices that were relatively affordable. Also, the service used to be friendly and fast. But, somewhere in the past few years, the quality of the employees and their attitude toward their customers has really gone downhill. I won't be returning because of a series of negative customer service experiences over the past few months. There are other tea shops around where you can receive more...

我是叫外送，外送到來我詢問外送員不到1公里怎哪樣久，外送員說他按尚未備妥要棄單，結果誤按配送，離開又折返，再次跟店員表明，說單號後又說要等，再次說明UBEReats派送人員的SOP,店員才心不甘情不願的拿給外送員，要不是外送員誤划配送，我這單還在天上飛。 ———————— 聽該外送員取餐，第一次取餐，男店員說UBEReats要等，該外送員棄單離開，結果誤划已取餐，再次折返，男店員又說要等，因為該外送員誤划配送無法棄單，就說明UBEReats餐廳派送外送員SOP，該男店員才心不甘情不願的拿給外送員，該外送員有...
