Very yummy beef! This place was highly recommended by a friend who ate there for over 30 years. The beef is chilled only, never frozen and the verdict is in the taste, soft and moist with the delightful beefy taste from being cooked in the simple broth. The broth is very simple base, I saw lots of dried fish, very teochew kind of style. The sauce is a peanut sauce which I understand is made by the shop and not bought from stores. There is a slight wait from order to the serving of the hotpot as everything is cooked with charcoal, so be prepared to wait a bit and have a sauna when the hotpot is being served. Other than beef, they have an array of the usual steamboat offerings, but my take is to just go for the beef and pork and ignore the rest. The place is hidden in an alley, but it is not hard to find with Google Map...

You can’t get any more local than this!!! The full dining experience itself is a stellar ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ sit in the alleyway with charcoal fire boiling that pot of soothing hot pot broth.

The soup was surprisingly not heavy at all (thinking it is satay based with dried fish) perfect for all season.

Dining in the alleyway definitely have some flaws tho, mosquito’s, sweating while eating with no AC. Not something I’d do everyday but definitely worth the experience!

The owner is super nice!! The food is also awesome!! Charcoal hotpot is not common around... The beef is the must order items ... It is not frozen beef at all but what they called 溫體牛. Personally I highly recommend the beef ball and fresh cuttlefish.... Come and try the food...

這種火鍋，冬天來吃再適合不過，還可以看火超大的特技表演，每個服務員端湯上來時，胸口前的木炭火爐就是他們的搏命演出道具，吃火鍋不管吃什麼鍋只要食材新鮮都好吃，牛肉新鮮丸子新鮮蔬菜新鮮那就沒有什麼好挑剔了，他們的服務也很不錯，每個服務生經過時都會觀察每桌需要服務的地方，有的服務生他會提醒你外套掉了並幫你弄好，有的服務生路過也會問你需要加湯嗎？雖然大部分都是外國越南人，但服務品質不比台灣人差，這是值得讚許的。他們都是用炭火加熱，從頭到尾火都很大，這也是個很棒的體驗，下次路過會再來多謝招待！！
