後引是台中日料的活歷史，意外走進這條時光隧道。

藏身電子街，汕頭牛肉劉對面的「後引」，原來已經開業八十多年了！還是從第一代日本老闆傳業給第二代台灣老闆。這些典故都是後來從評論區了解到的。

而真實的情況是，和老公在附近享用下午茶時光，到了用餐時間下著細雨，想著就別騎著車到處逛，附近吃吃吧！一向都愛日料的我們從地圖上發現不遠處就是「後引」，看到網友分享的菜單上有著熟悉的定食餐點，就放心前往。

走到門口、從門面就能感受到很傳統、道地日本料理店。我們被招呼到吧檯位，很快從菜單上分別選好我們喜歡的餐點：炸豬排定食、天婦羅定食，加上店員介紹再加點了一份鮭魚生魚片。

很快，蘋果醋、醬油、濕紙巾等陸續上桌，趁著空檔看看周遭環境，加上闆娘親切的服務，很能感受到傳統日料店有點正式、卻也放鬆的氣氛。

定食套餐搭配的醋飲、沙拉、手卷、蒸蛋，加上主餐，一套下來會飽很划算！每樣都不馬虎！下次餓一點想...
