“Stone pot” is their signature dish, which is a hot pot but the way of preparing the soup is slightly different. The pot is brought to the table without soup, just some onion cubes and oil in it. The server will stir-fry the onion directly in the pot until the onion is slightly fried and fragrant. Then the soup is added into the pot, in this way they make the soup sweet and umami. After this, a vegetable plate, a meat plate and a staple food (rice or noodles or winter noodles) will be served. Dip them in the hot pot as the usual way we eat. And don’t forget the indispensable shacha sauce.

All the food is fresh and with reasonable volume that can make an adult Taiwanese man feel full. There are free beverages and ice cream at the bar just like every hot pot restaurant, but this restaurant provides nice grass jelly juice (with grass jelly in it, must try!). There are non-disposable chopsticks on the bar so better not to use the disposable one on the table, it could be harmful to your health (I don’t know why they chose to provide both).

The servers are friendly and take good care of all the customers. If there’s any food on the vegetable plate that you don’t want to eat, the server can remove it and replace it with other vegetables. However they are not very good at foreign languages.

天氣漸冷，晚上21點在住家附近買了五金看到對面的小火鍋店，擔心害怕踩雷看評論都說湯很好喝，加量肉很多，評價也不錯👍就決定前往吃吃看。

外觀：小火鍋店應有盡有，飲料吧算是cp高的，飲料有奶茶也有檸檬紅茶、清茶；吧台蠻乾淨的，擺飾喜歡可愛的東西還有茶壺。但吧台的高腳椅真的不好坐。

服務：櫃檯是位男店長，人很親和禮貌，員工下班會主動跟店長說拜拜，口氣很像家人，應該員工感情不錯，氣氛溫馨的店，服務都不會差到哪去。

鍋底&菜盤：湯真的很好喝，洋蔥很香甜，喝的第一口我有驚訝到，會帶朋友去吃的那種，菜盤跟輕x澤很像，可以說是把裝潢費用在食材上，吃得到區別，但如果喜歡吃氣氛裝潢可以去輕x澤，我比較在意好不好吃。

肉片：點的是梅花豬，色澤跟油花不錯，色澤紅潤代表沒有開封冰太久氧化變黑，肉是剛開的，一盤10片，解凍拿捏很好，不會因為退太多導致血水滲出影響肉質，切肉機也好切不傷刀片，肉不腥帶點甜，很好吃😋

白飯：白飯很可惜，沒有粒粒分明，還有些黏在一起，顏色偏淡黃，感覺像是用小電鍋煮的，可能當天水加的比較多，非常可惜。

總結：湯、肉、CP值是很好的，會願意推薦朋友來吃，也會獨自來手機調勿擾模式、放鬆吃飯+追劇放鬆的地方，希望...

丟開吃鍋前三名口袋名單“湯馥招牌石頭鍋大業直營店” 放入觀察名單中，看看餐廳整體改善情形…………………… 這是我與貴店預約服務人員對話：今天向湯馥留言有個重點忘記跟貴店說明：昨天在趕去貴店路上，我有接到服務小姐來電，我當下有告知在路上(當時在台灣大道&大墩路口塞車中)並馬上到！ 到貴店後，其中一位小姐正在打電話，似乎是要打給我，但她看來是打錯電話，我正好聽到，就向訂位的服務人員表明訂位及身份！！ 只是後來令人遺憾……

更令人錯愕的是~家人停車短短幾分鐘，付停車費時沒有發票，但放了一堆空白收據讓停車者自行填寫？？？？ 停車付費是應該的，但……沒有發票？收據自行填寫？？？ 這真的是讓我開了眼界！！！ 如果OK，也許有再去的可能！
