Had dinner on 18 Jun 2024 and the chef took time to explain the ingredients that will be used and the history behind some of the names.
This kappo omakase is a mix of raw and cooked dishes.
My personal favourite would be the buri sashimi and cooked keiji (salmon).
The freshness of the ingredients lingers with each dish. The menu is seasonal with the ingredients that are available.
You can see the dedication of the chef and his entire team, would definitely recommend.
Foreigners can contact them via IG for reservations.
There was another group with a 2 year old, so presumably they allow young kids to dine.
