Chun Shui Tang Showtime Taichung S1 Branch — Restaurant in Taichung

This is my third time eating at Chun Shui Tang in the last three years. The first time was in Dream Mall, Kaohshiung in 2023, the second time was at their branch inside the Sogo department store in 2024 in Taichung, and to continues with my yearly ritual, decided to have my first dinner in Taiwan in 2025 at the Chun Shui Tang near the Showtime Mall at the Eastside of Taichung. My first bowl of beef noodle soup in over 12 months tasted just right, the shin beef was cooked to just right that almost melts in your mouth and noodles Q. For the four of us our order list is nearly 18 inches long. Everything except for their bubble tea tasted spot on from memory.
