Day In 早午餐咖啡廳 — Restaurant in Taichung

Great atmosphere but the food was disappointing. Not enough variety but they were very expensive. Half of the plate of the salmon brunch was spring mix salad. It only had one piece of salmon which was good but not amazing, one sunny side up and two tiny slices of garlic baguette for $380. Wayyyy overpriced. My vegetarian salad had way too much arugula. I love arugula but I expected more variety of ingredients. The sweet potato was yum tho. Staff was super nice and I loved the space and deco. We found this lovely little cafe by accident, and were so glad we did!

This place feels really chilled, and Jamie who served us, spoke English and had so much time for our group. He provided us with detailed explanations about the (hilarious) item names on the menu, as well as recommendations for a local hotpot dinner - which we took his advice on, and loved!

I ordered the beef rib fingers which was delicious. I also tried the honeycomb salt beer with salt cream, which was also surprisingly good!

Hello 趁著日光正好，來一篇健康又美味的饗宴吧。

服務生給了我在吧檯前面一張圓桌的位置，大概可以坐上三個人。

「 嗨～第一次來嗎？需不需要介紹 」 『 對～好啊，麻煩你 』 「 我們的熱門餐點是早午餐餐盤系列，如果你想吃飽一點可以點，但如果胃口不大，也可以點一般的輕食沙拉～飲料推薦我們的手沖拿鐵，都還不錯 」 『 好，那我點雞腿排早午餐和一杯海鹽奶蓋拿鐵 』 「 沒問題～樓上也有小畫廊，想拍照可以上去看看喔！」

餐點製作需要一些時間，我四處觀望著佈置，吧檯不斷飄出咖啡香，前面一桌的小家庭靜靜的吃著他們的餐點。

「 你好～海鹽奶蓋拿鐵來囉，記得攪一攪再喝～ 」

我當下似乎沒有聽清楚咖啡師說了什麼，就直接飲了幾口下去，心裡想『 嗯..怎麼好像有點酸 』然而，過了幾分鐘後⋯

「 小姐～上面的海鹽要壓下去攪拌喝喔！！哈哈 」 『 喔！好！！難怪，謝謝你 』

把海鹽碎塊壓到下方攪拌後喝了一口 『 天啊...超好喝...我剛剛是在幹嘛 』

海鹽塊甜鹹的味道和濃縮咖啡結合，配著綿密的奶泡，稍微清爽，但又很順口。

接著～烤雞腿排早午餐上桌

有點震懾到我的手機鏡頭了，有著超大塊的雞腿排，份量足夠的蔬菜，還有開胃的果醋，一切都只能以新鮮來形容它們，女士們，這真的很大盤。

雞腿排煎烤的非常好，皮酥肉嫩，對於喜歡吃肉的人來說簡直到了美食天堂，沙拉的部分似乎是溫沙拉，有著很好的脆度和一點濕度，很好入口也清爽～有著一盤美味的餐點和一杯海鹽拿鐵，愜意的享受在台中的正午時光。

過了一會兒，我把餐盤上的美味食材們清理乾淨，不留下一點痕跡，拿鐵也是喝到杯底剩一點泡沫。
