This has been the best meal I've had in my almost 2 weeks of traveling taiwan. I had the braised beef noodle soup and the dry noodles with sesame sauce braised meat and cucumbers and both dishes were better than anything I've had here so far. The beef soup had a wonderfully beefy broth with a thin layer of chili oil on top that provided a spicy contrast that really took the soup to another level. The braised beef was extremely tender and there was enough beef to satisfy anyone looking to reach their daily protein goals. The sesame sauce on the other dish was nutty and well seasoned and I found it to be quite addicting. The cucumber slivers added a great texture contrast to the sauce, meat and noodles and I thought they balanced the dish perfectly.
