we didn’t even get to taste food, as the manager was giving us dirty looks since the moment we came in, the waiter tried to help us i suppose, but the hospitality and the vibes were just not it, when we asked if we could get a table on the second floor they told us it was still not open to the public but people were still eating on the second floor, being a student doesn’t mean we can’t afford a food, i came to eat my own national food but got side eyed by the manager and the weird discrimination of sorts, i just kind of stormed out after figuring they didn’t seat us on the second floor because they didn’t want to, no need to lie— fix your attitude if you’re serving people, if you can’t then hire someone else! honestly...

Food is fantastic, especially stone pot bibimbap and seafood pancake. However, the service is terrible and such a disappointment. Serving time in between dishes takes Ard 15mins or longer. Waiter is busy clearing table instead of serving food that is waiting to be served at the serving table at kitchen. We had to notify waiter to help serve the food after much wait. And our 2nd steamed egg was served sunken instead of fluffy. Despite having made more than 1 order and payment, the staff never inform about last order being at 8.30pm till we tried to add order again around 9pm. They only provide kid’s fork n bowl but...

The Korean Fried Chicken was excellent. The skin was crisp and not too greasy. The red sauce one was better than the Japanese curry ones. The seafood pancake and the bibimbap were also delicious. You can also get unlimited kimchi and other small side dishes, which made me very happy.

My only complaint was the lack of mowgli-- the best companion to KFC. But they have soju, which was okay (still prefer mowgli). But dear manager/owner if Katz, if you're reading this, please put Mowgli on your menu!

The service was decent. The food came at a reasonable time. The decor is modern and charming. We will come back here...
