會饗牛肉湯 — Restaurant in Tainan

This brand is known for their amazing beef soup. My expectations weren’t too high until I took my first sip and it blew my mind. Really tasty beef soup. The beef slices they put inside were also so tender my goodness. There’s a sauce station and believe me, you’re gonna need it with some of the slices of beef from your soup. They complement each other very well. We were told to also try the minced beef on rice and we’re glad we did. Also a great breakfast compliment with the eggs we got. The veggies and beef are savory and also goes well with our rice.

Sizes come in small or large. If you’re gonna be snacking and eating through out the day I recommend you get small for everything. Oh btw. The soup is refillable. Just make sure to leave a few pieces of beef in your bowl and they will refill more of that delicious beef stock for you.

The soup really is a great start to the day. We had a fantastic Taiwan break at this joint in Tainan. I wish we had this place back in Vancouver, Canada. 牛肉片較厚口感紮實，湯頭鮮甜不錯喝 台南牛肉湯很有名就帶親友來嚐鮮，沒想到真的挺不錯的，推薦點牛肉湯和空心菜炒牛肉，很入味份量也夠。 滑蛋牛肉和炒飯對我來說偏清淡，覺得還好。 店員都蠻客氣的，內用座位算乾淨只是桌面有點油，當天去沒賣飲料比較可惜。 🅿️外面有一大型空地可以停車，推薦有車族可以順路來吃吃看

原本要去的餐廳沒開就近進來嚐鮮，沒想到總體表現不錯，可惜沒提供飲料，而且頂級牛肉湯賣完了沒吃到，鑑於普通牛肉湯就不錯吃，下次還想來碰運氣看能否吃到頂級版本的

The beef slices are thick and have a solid texture, with a deliciously sweet broth. Tainan beef soup is famous, and it turned out to be quite good. I recommend trying the beef soup and stir-fried beef with water spinach; they are flavorful with sufficient portions. The egg-slipped beef and fried rice are a bit bland for my taste, but still decent. The staff is quite polite, and the interior is clean, although the tabletops were a bit oily. Unfortunately, they didn't have drinks on the day I visited. There's ample parking outside, making it convenient for those with cars. It's a pleasant surprise since we initially intended to go to a different restaurant that was closed. Despite not having the top-grade beef soup, the regular version was enjoyable, and I'm tempted to try my luck for the premium version next...
