The food and drinks are good, but the bathroom is constantly filthy and disgusting. Part of it, I can understand, is due to customers peeing on the floor and squatting on the toilet seat. However, I wish the bathroom would be...

有個服務人員完全不理會客人，一個染桃紅色長頭髮的女生，已經不只一次了。

這次買了起士火腿吐司，大概比一個男生的手掌還要大，我問店員可不可以切一下，她跟我說：「已經有切了」，但是回家拆開外包裝後發現，根本沒切啊？ 貴店家的服務人員，因為不想切，就隨便找一些藉口拒絕客人。她跟我說：「切了會散掉」，請問這是什麼理由啊？我買的是吐司麵包，不是容易碎掉的餅乾喔…… 重點是，該服務人員當下就站在櫃檯結帳人員的後方，工作台上也都備好了工具，前面的客人結完帳，妳都幫他們切，輪到我了，就不幫我切，請問這什麼意思？我的要求應該也並不過分吧！ 什麼意思…(問號…)？?...

有個服務人員完全不理會客人，一個染桃紅色長頭髮的女生，已經不只一次了。 這次買了起士火腿吐司，大概比一個男生的手掌還要大，我問店員可不可以切一下，她跟我說：「已經有切了」，但是回家拆開外包裝後發現，根本沒切啊？ 貴店家的服務人員，因為不想切，就隨便找一些藉口拒絕客人。她跟我說：「切了會散掉」，請問這是什麼理由啊？我買的是吐司麵包，不是容易碎掉的餅乾喔…… 重點是，該服務人員當下就站在櫃檯結帳人員的後方，工作台上也都備好了工具，前面的客人結完帳，妳都幫他們切，輪到我了，就不幫我切，請問這什麼意思？我的要求應該也並不過分吧！ 什麼意思…(問號…)？? ? 看妳服務前面客人的態度，也都顯得沒什麼耐心。 瀏覽了其他顧客的評論後，我得出一個結論：「消費者沒有辦法干涉店家要雇什麼樣的員工，也沒辦法改變店家的管理風格，但是消費者有權利選擇去其他的店家消費。」 老實說，之前幾次我都覺得：是小事，沒什麼。而多虧了這一次，這麼優質的消費體驗，我才發現：這附近的麵包店還真不少，而且cp值遠不低於85。

本來看評論說態度差，想說只是來買個蛋糕、麵包、咖啡應該也還好，沒想到居然是整個店的素質都差。晚上的店員音樂放到對街都聽得到，幾個員工在泡飲料的吧檯搖晃，看到客人來了只會傻笑，互相推託你去啦，你去啦，真的是可憐的員工素質。早上的態度差到不行，彷彿剛被男友劈腿卻還是必須要來上班，把自己不開心的情緒全部扔給客人，問個問題愛理不理的態度，實際上也回答不出來，要不是台南市區沒剩幾間店也不會想來這裡消費，可能也是態度這樣才會漸漸都倒閉了。

本來看評論說態度差，想說只是來買個蛋糕、麵包、咖啡應該也還好，沒想到居然是整個店的素質都差。晚上的店員音樂放到對街都聽得到，幾個員工在泡飲料的吧檯搖晃，看到客人來了只會傻笑，互相推託你去啦，你去啦，真的是可憐的員工素質。早上的態度差到不行，彷彿剛被男友劈腿卻還是必須要來上班，把自己不開心的情緒全部扔給客人，問個問題愛理不理的態度，實際上也回答不出來，要不是台南市區沒剩幾間店也不會想來這裡消費，可能也是態度這樣才會漸漸都倒閉了。
