The soup was good you can tell the broth was “take time made”, the beaf was chewy than I expect( I thought its gonna be more tender but I’m ok with that~)… But is that worth the around 1.5-2 hrs waiting? I don’t think so… we be there at 5:00 in the morning and it has a line for waiting… the staffs are fast but less management so some costumers were taking an hour like having a Michelin meal for a beaf soup… I def not coming back waiting 2 hrs for it, but if you stay a place close and have time for it, you can...

Their beef soup is the best!! If you go to Tainan, you must try this!! But you need to queue early and wait for quite a long time. I need to wake up around 3 A.M and go straight there to queue, if not I don't think you can eat the beef soup. Before 5 A.M there a lot of people already queued there, so better come early, like maybe around 4 or 3.30 A.M if you really want to try...

Come early before 1000. if you would like to have beef sliced soup. It gets sold out usually after 1030. Beef is soft and tender, with wine that you can add on your own depending on your preference. Soup is light yet flavorful. Excellent bowl of beef soup, will be back! Thankful for the last bowl of beef soup otherwise it would have been a disappointing trip!

20250615 這次台南行，牛肉湯吃了阿棠、六千跟西羅殿，六千的牛肉湯小碗$130 ，是當中湯最濃、肉最油嚼勁的，喝下一口湯，可以感覺身體好像獲得能量，瞬間進補的感覺。負責切肉的阿姨感覺很有氣質，湯可續一次、不附白飯，沒有熱炒類。事後才發現跟製作尹食堂的羅PD坐到同一桌，真是有趣。

享用日期時間：2022/7/16/早上0740 享用食品項目：牛肉湯120元 個人感想結論：肉質硬,吃起來並無鮮甜嫩的口感。有些許失望 敘述： 優點：服務態度算蠻好的(招呼座位那位) 在前面切肉並招呼安排座位的老闆娘還蠻親切的,這種親切的待客其實還蠻舒服的,光這點服務態度確實很推(雖然其他員工好像比較臭臉) 缺點：真的不太好吃..... 1.肉的口感：硬!!! 真的是蠻硬的,硬到有點納悶!!!不是才剛沖熱湯而已端上來不到40秒,為什麼會硬成這樣?? 口感上個人不到喜歡。 明明看其他人評價是嫩的,但我吃到卻是硬的 !!! 我不確定這是牛肉部位所造成,或是其他原因?又或者這個硬度才是這家牛肉湯的特色?? 我無法得知,但真的就是好硬的牛肉 2.鮮甜感：無 吃起來也並無所謂的鮮甜感。 ----------------去別家再度測試------------- 牛肉湯是台南最著名的,實在不相信口感是這樣的 所以有再去另外別家在享用嘗試,在別家~~~確實就有吃到牛肉的鮮嫩甜的口感!!!! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 結論： 每個人口味不同,絕對沒辦法說到一致, ,但在個人的認知上牛肉應該有鮮嫩甜才算的上好吃,至於這次在貴店吃到這麼硬的牛肉而且真的吃起來沒啥滋味......實在是蠻失望的 個人是不會在二訪的。 不過我相信本店這麼紅有這麼多人推薦,應該還是有它的道理在,以上是個人口感,還是希望路過的遊客可以自己來品嘗看看,自己給評論。 --------------------感謝回覆：以下回覆給業者 小弟寫出詳細日期跟時間點就是希望店家方便查找原因,進而做改善。 在您看到我這篇文章時,是否有詢問過工作人員當天那個時段,有甚麼東西或步驟不一樣進而導致肉質過硬。或者您就直接認定只要有不良反應就是網路攻擊文?? 或許我們沒你們專業但依我們外行人猜想有沒有可能是以下原因 1.肉的厚度或切法是否切的跟平常不一樣? 2.今天肉的的部位確實不一樣? 3.或者調理手法或其他原因導致? 4.會不會不同時段有不同口感?評論也有人寫嫩跟鮮甜,那這個時段跟七點多時段有一樣嗎? 原因應該有很多種 另外或許您可能被網路攻擊過,才做過多聯想?在前面幾個月也有數位客人反應過硬或柴的問題,難道這些都是一搭一唱,,全是攻擊文???? 希望可以針對問題去解決,而不是將提出反饋的人都當成要攻擊你們的人。 最後感謝您的回覆
