Since its inception, this establishment has stood out for its exceptional food, curated courses, and captivating atmosphere.

Admittedly, during its mid-run phase, a drastic menu shift nearly compromised its standing. Yet, with thoughtful revision and a return to its roots, much enhanced by bold new improvisations, oh yes, did I say bold, it has since elevated itself to an even higher tier.

Highlights include fresh raw scallops, an impressive assortment of sashimi, and a generous variety of all-you-can-eat side dishes that add tremendous value. The seasonal menu rotations, complemented by live saxophone performances during the holidays, further enhance the experience.

Although service has been refined to focus on weekends, it remains a truly one-of-a-kind destination in the heart of the city. Staff etiquette and professionalism are consistently impeccable, ensuring that every visit feels both welcoming and memorable.

2023/10/28 第二次來訪。今天有薩克斯風演奏，西洋古典音樂，讓氣氛變得更顯高級，邊用餐邊欣賞音樂饗宴。菜單跟上次來有一些小改變，焗烤帆立貝變成焗烤牡蠣生蠔，上方同樣有金箔佐魚子醬，這次來吃了蠻多蝦子，新鮮且沒什麼腸泥，蝦子沾炸物區的檸檬汁滿搭的。主菜點了鰻魚三食膳、醬燒桂丁雞、炭烤時魚、美國牛肉紐約客牛肉鍋、牛小排朴葉燒，買了餐券880元可點900元+10%品項，超過的補加價。應景萬聖節餐後甜點的和菓子變成小精靈造型，挺逗趣。炸物除了炸豬排、喜相逢、唐揚雞，多了炸海鮮燒、可樂餅等。冰淇淋這次是紫薯口味，淡紫色不會太甜。雖然整體價位大致都要1000多元，自助buffet雖不像其他飯店吃到飽選擇多，但這種主餐搭配一些簡單精緻的日式buffet自取，也是另一種體驗和心靈層次昇華。

用餐日期：2024.09.29（早午餐） 因為前一晚入住了禧榕軒飯店，隔天選擇加$100 ／人，可以升級為假日用餐3小時的早午餐，那究竟值不值得來體驗呢？ ⭕️優點 1️⃣如果單純以住宿加$100，可以享用到早午餐的菜色，個人覺得相當的划算。 2️⃣菜色雖然不是非常多樣（當然不能和一般飯店或者是一些吃到飽飯店相比）但是基本上該有的都有，絕對可以吃得很飽。 3️⃣小卷湯及羊排個人相當推薦，必吃！ 4️⃣當天羊排及班尼迪克蛋採用QR Code點餐，送餐的速度算快！ 5️⃣用餐環境相當明亮，且窗外的景色綠意盎然相當舒適的用餐環境。 6️⃣假日早午餐時間可以由11點用餐到下午兩點，時間算是相當的充裕。 ❌缺點 1️⃣除了上面推薦的兩道不錯吃之外，其實其他菜色味道上真的是蠻普通的，吃了第二輪之後就不知道要拿什麼了！ 口味⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🍗羊小排，羊肉鮮嫩，且沒有腥味。 🍗小卷湯，湯頭鮮美，重點小卷的肉紮實Q彈。 🍗現切牛排，坦白說肉很澀。 🍗熟白蝦，個頭不是很大，不過表現得中規中矩。 🍗班尼迪克蛋，看起來很好拍，可惜吃起來味道很普通。 🍗虱目魚肉燥飯，魚肉燥略有腥味，個人還是覺得沒有豬肉燥好吃。 價格⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 如果單純以飯店的價格$750加一成，我覺得這價格是合理的。 服務⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 環境⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 速度⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 補菜速度算是還蠻快的。 停車⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 如果開休旅車過來的話，只有B 2可以停（且車位數不多）B...
