It's a quaint bar with a lively owner who enjoys whiskey. The dude made me an old fashioned with the large ice cube and everything! The bar itself was hidden in plain site with the entrance looking like a sliding bank vault door, no signs that i could see. A really nice and speakeasy style bar in the heart of Taipei city. The bar has it's own characters. Not too many seats, a bit spaceless, and a really knowledgeable bartender/owner.
