After having lived in Beijing for several years, I've been looking for a good Uighur restaurant in Taipei, and this one delivered! The owner, a Han woman born and raised in Xinjiang, is a one-woman show--she waits tables and cooks all the food. Read more2025/7月週六晚上訂位前來,為開了20年的老店,近幾年才搬到附近,用餐環境為台北標準中餐廳,內有4人桌4桌,一個大圓桌,位子不多建議要訂位。店內沒什麼油煙味但飄著淡淡的孜然香料味,進來過一陣子就會習慣。點餐後約20分鐘會陸續上菜。老闆娘很忙又要煮又要送餐,不過也不收服務費這樣人手可接受。 食物先說整體結論:雖然有香料的香味,但沒有常見中餐那種過度油膩死鹹,吃完嘴裡沒什麼負擔,雖然價格稍貴但羊肉雞肉品質都不錯,沒有其他評論說的腥臭味。適合想吃香料但又不想要太過香辣刺激的人來,廚藝確實不錯。 本次點了: 大盤雞+皮帶麵$680:招牌菜,如其他評論所說不是台灣人期待熱騰騰的麵,但夏天吃這個溫度很舒服,雞肉品質不錯無腥味,且都是肉多的雞腿等部位,火候剛好又好咬。料就是標準馬鈴薯蔥辣椒洋蔥等都給的很大方,麵夠Q份量多,3~4個人吃沒問題。重點是調味不會過度,推薦。 雙人套餐$580:含饢包肉,羊肉抓飯,剁椒炒蛋,辣八蒜羊肉,剛好就是這家店的幾個招牌菜。兩個人吃這份就差不多飽了,四人的話點來一人幾口可以嚐到比較多菜色, 孜然羊肉串$150:三串,沒有羊騷味,配孜然烤的蠻香,而且跟一般燒烤店比沒有比較貴,蠻推薦,但更推薦烤肋排。 烤羔羊全肋排$680:比菜單上看起來份量小很多,也沒太多肉,算是略貴。但羊肉處理的很好,沒有什麼腥味還有羊特有的香味,外皮略微焦脆,酥而不油,咬起來很嫩不卡牙縫不費力。上來的時候很燙吃下去就是理想中烤肉的味道,冷了之後依然很好咬也不難吃,預算夠的話非常推薦。 飲料,台灣啤酒$80,加多寶$50,都是附近餐廳標準價格。 整體而言,用料實在,而且調味家常沒有中餐常見的那種過油過鹹,吃起來有味道又不覺得負擔或都只有香料味,四個人總共$2270不收服務費,C...
