Been here once before (albeit years ago) but today's fresh visit left me very impressed! The sushi wheel was actually broken but we had no problem ordering and taking what was placed out on diaplay tables. There were many, many amazing dishes, and we were especially impressed by how similar they were to their non-vegetarian counterparts! We LOVED the "squid" nigiri, "salmon" nigiri (spot on flavor and very similar texture), Vietnamese style fresh spring rolls, cumin skewers, eggplant with sauce, Japanese style egg nigiri, chili oil wontons (although we needed to hit those with some soy sauce for salt), "ham slice" nigiri, vegetable mayo hand rolls, and probably more that I'm forgetting. The only two misses were that the soy sauce was very salty - we watered ours down with a splash of drinking water- and the almond tofu had a uneven gritty/sandy texture sometimes which wasn't great. Otherwise the service was very prompt and friendly, the space was clean, and it was overall very fun to try a plate or two of everything available 😀 32nt per plate!
Highly recommend and was delicious even for my carnivore...

They have sushi, all sorts of cakes and drinks and you can order special stuff, too. You get seated by the conveyor belt, and pay per plate (35TWD per plate, around one euro). You pile them up next to you. Water and tea are free of charge.
Perfect if you wanna taste all sorts of things....

Lots of choice but depending on where you sit you will get what others don’t want in the first place. So either come early or sit close to the beginning of the rotation. Very interesting...
