焼肉スマイル（燒肉Smile）大安忠孝店(自助吧) — Restaurant in Taipei

Our experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing from the very beginning. Even though we had a confirmed reservation, we were made to wait over 20 minutes to be seated, without any explanation or apology. Once inside, the staff was incredibly rude. The servers treated us with bad attitudes, unfriendly looks, and showed no willingness to solve problems. At our table, the stove didn’t work properly, and even though we called the waiters several times, they only rolled their eyes and did nothing to fix it. What made it worse is that, despite letting us in much later than our reservation time, they tried to rush us to leave earlier. We even overheard the staff speaking badly about other customers, which was completely unprofessional. The facilities are mediocre, and the food doesn’t make up for the terrible service. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience and definitely not worth visiting again, especially with so many better restaurants that actually respect...

This is a Yakiniku chain with multiple chains in Taiwan. On arrival at 530pm we had to scan qr code and waited at 15mins before there's table. Service crew in general not very smiley and more or less self serviced style there. There's a sauce area to get sauce, with many kinds of drinks also unlimited refills. We ordered their signature yakiniku beef set and Smile set(2 different cuts of beef with prawns, premium pork and crouch. Would say the meat quality was not bad, but not to the extent whereby it were delicious. So did not feel any re-visit is worthwhile in considering price was not cheap(ntd2000 for 3 pax) with medicroe service. Money will definitely be better spent at...

I think this is their newest branch. I have tried their yakiniku at Sanchong & Yongchun branch. So I can say that they can maintain their food and service quality over all of those three branches. Even their cheapest set tastes great. moreover, they give free flow drink & ice cream.

Since I have been visiting their stores several time, I challenge myself to try their wagyu A5 set, and I do not regret my decision. the portion is generous, and the meat quality is over the top. So, if you want to treat yourself, I recommend their...
