A vegan restaurant in Taipei with a small menu. The two of us try serval dishes and everything is good. The food is light, not overly salty and not oily whatsoever. Very healthy dishes. Even though I give most restaurants 5 stars, but I cannot eat at most places every day. Most restaurant food makes you feel thirsty afterwards. The dishes from this restaurant are different. There is plenty of flavor, but our bodies don’t feel burdened after eating. Quite happy we have come across this place. The chairs are comfortable. The restaurant is brightly lit. Food comes out fast. The service is great. Scan a QR code to order. You pick up silverware and put away the dirty dishes yourself. This restaurant does not charge a service fee. Every dish is reasonably priced. We will be back for sure.

它是善菓的旗下店家之一，它旗下還有一個有名的上善豆家，相信不少人聽過。 🍭環境 很乾淨又舒適的一家店，這家店比較特別是在巷子裡面，內部座位蠻多的，有醬料區、茶水區、販售商品區，販售的大多是上善豆家的冷凍食品，店內的廁所很乾淨衛生，整體環境非常滿意。 🍭餐點 ▪️番茄滑蛋麵 $150 蛋素/全素 它這道可以做加蛋或不加蛋的料理，不過感覺不加蛋就吃不到它的精華。餐點在吃之前要把蛋跟湯拌勻混在一起，要不然湯會太鹹！混合了之後，整個湯頭味道整個差超多，變得超級無敵之好喝，再搭配那個麵，絕配呀！ 推薦指數：👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 ▪️梅干素燥飯 $50（小）全素 它這道大的才有附蛋，小的沒有，這就看個人取捨了，它的飯是營養的糙米飯，再搭配用梅干菜滷出來的素燥，很好吃呀！它的餐點上面還貼心的附上青花菜跟碧玉筍。 推薦指數：👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 ▪️綜合蒸餃 $130 它這款附有野菜鮮若、麻油薑鮮若、梅干鮮若、松露野菇鮮若各兩顆，非常值回票價的一道料理，可以一次吃到所有口味的餃子。 🥟 野菜鮮若 這就像是高麗菜水餃，吃起來比較普通一般了一點。 🥟麻油薑鮮若 喜歡的口味之一，入口絕對會讓你驚艷，非常之濃郁的麻油香氣，而且！而且它是有湯汁的！！好吃好吃，非常好吃。 🥟梅干鮮若 梅干也滿特別的，高麗菜再外加梅干去混，不過不會到令人驚艷。 🥟松露野菇鮮若 喜歡的口味之二，這也好好吃喔！老實說它的口感有點像葷的豬肉水餃的口感，料非常的紮實，他們把野菇搗碎再和松露混合，哇噻！香氣十足，好好吃呀，這也是讓我很驚艷的口味。 ▪️滷豆腸 $50 全素 它感覺是豆包捲起來變出來的，滷的很到位，入口還會有滷汁跑出來，非常的juice好吃好吃。
