誠食健康蔬食（忠孝本店） — Restaurant in Taipei

This is my favorite veggie buffet place! Although it's a little pricier, it has a huge variety of dishes (including veggies, fruits, tofu and soy products, egg/dairy dishes and different rice options and soup). Everything is fresh and I love the way they make it - super light and healthy. A few helpful things to know: If you eat in you have unlimited refills for any of the rice options and soup (note: it can get quite busy and chaotic during meal hours e.g. lunch/dinner time). Try to bring your own Tupperware/container if you can to reduce waste, make sure to go to the counter to weigh it first before getting food (remember your weight for them to deduct later on!!!). Also bring a reusable bag if you need so you don't have to buy a plastic bag. If you get take out, you can buy rice and soup, but only one of each (one soup, one rice). They charge by weight, so when getting your food remember to squeeze out any "juices" or soup in the dishes you don't want to avoid upping...

One of the best vegetarian places around, focusing on healthy, non oily vegetarian dishes. They also offer different types of eggs for those who are ovo-vegetarian. Weigh by scale, so you know exactly how much you are paying for. A meal btwn $100-$130 will get you full. $10 extra for unlimited rice, soup, and dessert drink. Staff is always friendly, and atmosphere is clean, however, at times, it can get super busy at lunch time and become a little too crowded. We wanted to try vegetarian food in Taipei and found this restaurant on our way out, we decided to give it a try and I loved the food!! Absolutely loved the food, as it was our first time, the staff took time to introduce us the restaurant's food, concept and how to help our self to the dishes.

This restaurant has a self-help buffet style concept and food is weighed after taking food. There's plenty of dish choices and even fruits, drinks and soups!
