今日前往用餐，是我在今年度第二次前往，與我同行的朋友則是貴店常客，也有購買貴店的VIP券。 上次用餐時，朋友覺得吃到臭酸的蝦漿，經由現場經理確認，也證實了當天蝦漿已過保存期限，當天的處理方式迅速，且承認錯誤，非常值得讚賞。不過我心中還是對於誤使用了壞掉的食材感到不可思議，這根本是餐飲業的大忌！（我在這次換貨後吃過貴店不酸的蝦漿）

其實我本身不愛吃這種蝦漿魚漿類的製品，但因為同行好友喜歡，所以跟著吃了一點，我們一人下鍋一條蝦漿，我吃了第一個覺得不錯，隨後又吃了第二個，第二個讓我覺得有點酸味，但是朋友沒有說蝦漿有問題，我也覺得或許是我多慮了，不過因為害怕那個酸味我也不敢再吃剩下的。結果朋友吃了第一口馬上吐出來、說她覺得蝦漿酸掉了，這時候我才意識到原來我剛剛不是錯覺！

我們馬上告訴服務人員，服務生看起來是新手，不知道如何處理，所以馬上到櫃台詢問，接著回頭說要幫朋友把鍋底更換，我馬上提出質疑，一家餐廳被客人反應食材有腐壞的可能，完全不在乎食材是否真的損壞，反而只想用換鍋底的方式解決？請問你們真的不擔心自己的食材有任何變質的可能而造成用餐顧客有任何身體上的不適嗎？ 服務生又跑去找主管，接著主管走往廚房，隱約聽到主管大聲的說...

Nice decor personal hotpot place in eastern district. The price was not worth the quantity and quality of food, it's really not hard to find similar place within 5 minutes riding distance for half the price.
