We went as family of four, with my wife and our two girls. The owner was very attentive, made sure to give our porridge with no peppers, and also small matching color bowl and spoons for the girls - they loved it. Not on that, when we had to take away a half finished bowl of porridge, the owner insisted on packing it and added more...

剛開幕的時候, 海鮮粥有玉米塊, 那時一碗130還包含荷包蛋, 黃綠紅三色都有, 真的料多實在, 買完回家真的很滿意.

後來玉米塊消失了, 高麗菜量時多時少, 後來把荷包蛋取消了, 要加10元才有, 老顧客看在眼裡, 其實真的非常感慨.

我知道做生意要考量成本, 我真的不喜歡這樣每次買回家都要擔心： 今天打開碗蓋後, 裡面的用料是不是哪裡又縮水了, 又少了什麼 ？

如大家評論所說, 老闆對客人的態度很親切, 服務非常有禮貌, 真的沒話說. 連回覆評論都客客氣氣. 但身為顧客, 我希望這份服務態度的精神, 要貫徹在 “對食材用料的堅持與品質”, 一碗海鮮粥 該有多少青菜量, 該有哪些海鮮要堅持, 不能因為只看進貨成本, 畢竟你們扛著 37號海鮮粥的品牌形象 (如果真的珍視這個名字).

你們可以思考如何精簡人事成本, 思考如何減少進貨成本, 然後該漲價就大方漲價, 但能不能不要隨著物價波動, 隨意變動顧客腦海中 對於剛開幕時 37號海鮮粥的記憶與品質? 我是真的很感嘆, 不然不會吃飽沒事來寫這篇評論.

我不期待看到店家用一貫客氣的文字來回應我這篇評論, 我只希店家願意站在消費者的角度, 真心想想這篇發文的意義. 真的有心改變,...

Good selection of noodles and congee. The noodles tasted great. The congee was a bit watery but taste wasnt bad. Price was OK for what we ordered. Restaurant itself is quite small and cramped, not the most comfortable, next time will probably just order take out.
