Add the first aforementioned seasoning to your rice and stir it evenly. I also do that with ramen (get it by yourself on the same seasoning table). To prevent oversatiety, decide more carb only when you already eat the hotpot by half. Don't turn on the stove except you've done taking everything you need (the waiter will do that once they put the hotpot on your table; turn it off). Why?
