來之前特地查了評價，是一間4.6顆星的店，但留言區讓我有些許困惑，很兩極，直到我吃了第一口涼麵，我試圖找尋出這裡面有什麼味道？no，沒有鹹味、沒有香味、沒有蒜味，沒有任何味道，只能用索然無味來形容，這不是醬汁多寡的問題，而是根本沒有味道，如果有其他更好的評價，那我只能說貴店的品質落差很大，但這絕對是我此生吃過最難以下嚥的涼麵，我很餓但勉強也只能留下這麼大盤在桌上，我覺得你們一定有哪個環節搞錯了，怎麼可能這麼深色的醬汁能夠毫無味道呢？！連簡單的雞絲也是沒有肉味，然後味增拉麵裡的肉片極度堅硬，這些都不是新鮮肉片應有的表現，請好好對待料理、也請善待客人吧。 ——————————————————————- 後續回應： 3/11看了您們的回覆，讓我連兩顆星都不想給，因為你們連接受客人評論的雅量也沒有，反而是牙尖嘴利的詛咒客人得Covid 19。 我當天身體好得很，完全沒有感冒也沒有失去味覺，因為吃完你們的半碗難以下嚥涼麵後，我只好再去旁邊買東西吃，味道完全正常！因此該不會是你們廚師當天味覺異常？所以調出如此沒有味道的醬汁？做餐飲的可更要注重身體健康喔！ 還有你們強調是溫體豬，要確定喔，真的明白溫體是什麼定義嗎？希望您們在解釋後要能拿出進貨證明喔，不要以為每個消費者都這麼好騙，廣告不實是要承擔責任的。 之前也有類似評論的客人，你們就都當作是客人的錯好了，我相信少我一個客人對你們沒差，你們就用這種態度繼續做生意吧。
