Now it is the heart of Arts, culture, theater, and performances in the city. The architecture of the building is inspired by the Chinese Era and is perfect for art lovers. The staffs are friendly and professional. They can speak bilingual very well. It is one of the recommended gems in Taipei.

This was a really great museum, I honestly spent more time here than I should have. The workers were very kind and helpful, answering many questions I had and overall making for a really great experience. Also, bathrooms were everywhere which was a great relief (no pun intended)

逛完史博館順便來旁邊藝術教育館逛逛，全館免費參觀，出乎意料的不錯，本館有3個展覽館，就有2個很適合小朋友，適合親子同遊！第一展間有蠟筆和圖畫紙可以給小朋友畫圖，最厲害的是畫完後給志工阿姨掃描，會把圖直接投放到前面大螢幕，小朋友的作品直接變成會動的小動物，超級興奮～ 第二展間是在螢幕上堆實體積木，一樣是結合實物和虛擬，積木堆完直接變成會動的小車車，真的是太有趣了，小朋友玩到不肯出來！另外還有故事導讀活動，志工阿姨也都很熱情。 最後欣賞第三展區目前展出的「國軍第58屆文藝金像獎巡迴美展」，這個個人超喜歡，沒想到國軍的武器和軍中故事可以畫得這麼帥氣熱血，藝術家真的是太有才華了，厲害！ 另外後面還有南海藝廊「小天壇」展場，會不定期舉辦畫展等活動，因時間關係沒有參觀，下次會再來的！ 台灣藝術教育館的主建築是「南海書院」，建於1955年，由日治時代建功神社遺址改建，歷經國語日報推行委員會、國立中央圖書館、國立教育資料館、國家人權紀念館籌備處等單位之進駐與使用。第1、2展覽室位於本館南海書院後棟，總面積約336.29平方公尺，採挑高圓形造形，挑高中庭其左右及後側並設有五個區域的小型展覽室。 第3展覽室位於本館南海書院左棟，面積約48坪。 原建功神社建於1928年，主殿目前已改成為國立台灣藝術教育館之南海藝廊展覽室，並於2013年由台北市政府指定為歷史建築，日治時期的建築只保存了神社的圓頂大廳部分。戰後原本屬於神社的鳥居、側邊的廊道都被國府拆除，現存可見的建築式樣是在1960年改建後的樣貌，其中最顯著的是神社本殿圓頂式屋頂被改建成覆黃瓦的圓形攢尖頂，因其樣貌被認為與位於北京天壇的「祈年殿」相類似，故又俗稱為「小天壇」。其後方有一座仿中國宮殿式建築則是在1960年增建的。

12個縣市23所三級學校的學生作品，展出內容從繪畫、拼貼、手作記憶盒，到微型裝置藝術與AI多媒體互動，呈現學生對家族、地方與記憶的詮釋，構築成一座充滿豐富內涵的記憶故事島。8/31日巧遇高雄女中退休老師劉葵蓉的講解，更深入明白，我們台灣這個充滿豐富內涵的記憶故事島，偏鄉陪伴計畫的教學之旅。記得在入口處拿本導覽手冊，內裡64頁有預留空白處，可搜集六個戳章。

2025/8/30日在現場完成了紙扇創作，也在打卡牆拍照留念，上傳臉書和谷歌地圖，留下與金鴻獎的回憶。書法家蔡行濤老師，導覽解說中。書法定義：用毛筆書寫，有漢字文采（內涵意境）。

2025/4/13日到訪，天空有幾分藍--劉旭原西畫個展上，遇見了藝術家劉旭原本尊，他畢業於師大美術研究所，原在國中任教，又遠赴美國密蘇里州芳邦大學攻讀藝術碩士，聰明聽其介紹自己的作品及在畫布上壓克力顏料的用法。 相談甚歡下，請工作人員幫我倆合影留念。

認識了一位國立屏東大學“視覺藝術學系”的妹，感謝妤玟她配合拍照，我把其玩偶也入鏡。

2025/2/16日到訪大地畫會48周年特展，剛好有三位老師畫家蔡益助、吳嘉麗、廖鴻瑞在場，我直接請當事人講解畫作的地點及難處、技巧，並提問有關畫作的問題，也獲得了滿意的答案。

為增進學生美術創作素養以及培養國民美術鑑賞能力並落實學校美術教育，特舉辦全國學生美術比賽，即日起至114年2月9日，在南海學院第1、2展覽廳舉辦特優作品展，值得您蒞臨觀賞。現場觀眾除能欣賞畫作外，展覽現場可透過載具，掃描作品說明牌QR...

The resort with the botanical garden is the best place for walk or watching birds and lilies. The space is huge enough for you to spend at least 2 hours. The facilities for the old and children are sufficient, the plants give you a peaceful mood in this busy city.
