You stand at the window watching the staff walking slowly around doing stuff, sometimes coming to the window to do something on the terminal, but without any acknowledgment of your presence until they are finally, after several minutes, they are ready to take your order. I ordered my meal through KFC app an hour ago. When I got there, my meal started to prepare after I inquired the staff. Interestingly, I checked the staff if you put the burger set inside and the answer is “yes” but the burger set still “disappeared” somehow.
