I had a very unpleasant experience at this store. I accidentally dropped a T-shirt , but the staff member spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Despite my willingness to make a significant purchase (10,000 TWD worth of items), I was treated with disrespect. When I politely asked why they seemed unfriendly, I was told, “If you’re not happy, leave” in an unprofessional tone. This is unacceptable customer service. I do not recommend this store to anyone who expects basic courtesy and respect.

Happy for having found this little shop in Taipei, so I could get a CTFA national team jersey. The shop is not working normal hours at the moment because is about to move to another address, so I recommend to contact them before go for a visit. Good price and good customer service, they can also add name and number on the shirt if desired.
