Exceeded my expectations. I love healthy food, don’t get me wrong. But I was sure that the portion wouldn’t be satisfying (sub 500 cal according to the sign), the meat would have a bland taste/be too tough, etc.

Suffice to say, I’m glad I got in line today and tried it! The seasoning was just right, and tasted pretty western. Even without the rice, the portion of food was enough to satisfy. Ok, I’m a girl. Maybe my appetite is more “dainty.” No, but seriously: try this place if you see one.

It’s a good deal at 100NT/each! I tried the boiled chicken today. Next time I’ll try the salted mackerel. I’m actually looking forward to working in that area again just because of this awesome nearby...

Tiny location,first try with the chicken breast combo, it turns out surprisingly good. It comes with three small portion of different kinds of vegetables half of the boiled egg seasoned chicken breast and the purple rice. Enough portion, if you're watching your diet. Breast was done well, moist,not dry. Best part is not over seasoning， just right.

Packaging is good and they will ask if you need chopsticks. It's a good quality one also.

Just like other Miss Energy stores, it's healthy and fast good came at 12:30pm and there was a short line but it moved super fast - it took 20sec for me to order, pay and get my biandang 😆 That's efficiency!
