Small cozy venue and chef does not start serving till most guests arrive. So even though reservation is at 630pm service starts only close to when the last guest arrives. Most sushi items were either marinated or interestingly seared with a charcoal stick. However found two pin bones in my sushi which is a disappointment for a NTD 3850 dinner establishment. With the price NTD1500 is considered very cheap, and serving ingredients w/ this price is very reasonable. Overall eating experience is ok; as for food and taste, it didn’t really impress me as much. Scallops with seaweed roll, and Uni with tuna maki are just soso. 1st serving nigiri, the fish didn’t prepare well with vein. Have...
