Amazing quality and service. Taipei has a lot of good sushi, but this place has a great selection with every type of fish to the upmost quality. I got the uni and salmon and salmon roe box, and it was delicious. Their cooked options are also very good, and I appreciate that they provide some cooked vegetables and seafood along with the sushi and raw options, because most sushi places only focus on the sushi. They were generous with the uni and the serving left me the perfect amount of satisfied. The chef is kind and the waiter is attentive. Wow! The quality of this fish exploded through the roof of Taipei 101 because this was surely top tier grade A sashimi. Not to mention the freshness, it feels like fish is still swimming around in my stomach acids right now. ALSO, the presentation of these sushi boxes were BEAUTIFUL! We have 7 people and made the reservation ahead of time. We arrived on time right after they opened the store. I was trying to order the uni but was informed they ran out of it (right after they opened the store within 10 minutes?) the store is so so small that we had to seat separately so I really don’t recommend group more than 5 to come here. The food is very decent but we feel it’s really rush to finish them. We had to finish the food and catch up with each other within 90 mins.
