#紅瓦越式碳烤GạchNgói #未經同意請勿轉載 #如需轉載請經過同意並註明出處 常態吃到飽已經不稀奇!!越式吃到飽好選擇平日:550(加完服務費1成)打卡評價減免為 500 假日:550 地址:桃園市中壢區元化路2-24號 營業時間:週一~週日 11:00–00:00 其實時常經過這間店面,但是一直都沒有時間去吃;店面寬敞裡面也很乾淨,咱小夥伴被分在像是吧檯面對店外的玻璃窗的座位,開始烤肉,很特別的體驗,可以一邊看著來往的路人,路人也可以看到我們在吃什麼XDD。動線明卻寬敞,食物擺設區域也很乾淨有超多樣選擇提供,越式系列熟食,到海鮮部分應有盡有,很特別的部分是烤盤有紅瓦片跟一般鐵網可以選擇,當天我們都有嘗試;顧客群越南人較多,店內氣氛歡愉。咱們來看看有啥菜色吧 #越式豬耳凍:看上去清新透亮,吃起來清爽不油膩,豬耳朵等部分切碎處理,加上動物性膠原蛋白形成了透明晶亮的果凍!!外層裹上白芝麻吃起來又多了一層口感非常好入口。 #越式炒雞翅:紅吱吱的外皮以為會有很辣,個人吃下去有點偏甜,另外一種吃法可以再丟上炭爐加熱多一份炭燒味。 #越式生春捲:內部包有香菜、九層塔跟米線蠻道地的菜色,這間用的春捲皮比較軟嫩容易撕開,蝦子也新鮮,我個人不知不覺就吃了六條呢! #鴨仔蛋:看大小好像是雞蛋,我長這麼大第一次吃這道菜,鼓起極大勇氣拿了一顆,越南女店員在旁邊吹鼓說很好吃,用期待的眼神看著我撥開蛋殼咬下,才放心的離開!!我的天,濃郁的雞肉還有一點鹹味在口中爆開,好了!我不想形容更多畫面,你若是有勇氣歡迎來嘗試,後面口述介紹給我其他朋友,有人居然要當場絕交ORZ。 #涼拌海鮮:跟泰式有點不一樣,沒麼酸反而多些甜味,用料也多了小花枝跟火腿切絲,還有花生畫龍點睛。 #風味烤鴨:與我們時常吃到的一鴨三吃很類似,皮沒麼脆,肉反而比較多汁不會柴。 #泰國明果冰淇淋:百錄公司公司進口的冰淇淋,第一眼進來拍攝的時候就吸引我的眼球了,特別要來吃一下這特別異國冰,照片中上層是黃金榴槤冰,下層熱帶椰子,標榜100%新鮮水果製成,超級濃郁外就像是真正在吃榴槤一樣,整口重擊,等你們小夥伴來挑戰啦

The varieties of seafood provided are numerous, so are its vegetable and desserts. I love the self-serve cooked food counter so much, especially its viet-styled chicken wings and spring rolls. I also love the durian ice cream almost too much.

沒想到隔一個禮拜又跑來光顧,說實在話是吃的蠻開心,整體來說可以分享一下心得:
用餐時間2.5小時,超舒適。
熟食區多數料理都相當優秀,非常有越南道地的味道,尤其是春捲,我在其他地方買的都沒這麼好吃,還有還是沙拉、燒鴨、烤雞等等,食材不能說是頂級,但是製作方法以及醬料的拿捏確實讓人值得一吃!
蔬菜區都是新鮮的,選擇不會太多,搭配火鍋非常對味!火鍋湯是真的非常厲害👍,差點變成喝到飽。
海鮮跟肉區就是硬傷,這個價位是不可能出現什麼和牛大干貝之類的,海鮮就挑著吃、生鮮蝦子就是一般冷凍蝦,但是提供穩定正常的豬梅花、豬後腿肉還是相當不錯。
雞胸肉雞腿肉雞屁股都有醃過,是好吃的那種醃料,而且肉質基地蠻新鮮,只要烤的剛好吃起來都是嫩口又夠味,大量補充蛋白質非常爽快!
各種外國飲料都很有特色,市售價也不便宜,角落的剉冰區也很好玩,還可以用咖啡粉泡道地的越南咖啡來喝。咖啡杯底部先加練乳,咖啡粉已經預先傪過可可粉,限重一杯就是一個美味咖啡。
免費飲料還有雞尾酒、碳烤甘蔗汁,都很有特色。
第一次來建議使用鐵網來考,這些香噴噴淹過的雞肉附上炭火的味道簡直超級香,熟度拿捏的剛好的話,根本就是人間美味,好吃到不行✋。
牛肉片直接狂上面烤,吸飽炭的香氣一口吃下,或者沾著他們綠色的辣椒檸檬醬,非常厲害👍
