Ugly and stinky pot — Restaurant in Taoyuan City

Finally got to try this place today. It makes a huge difference when businesses are run by caring, considerate owners.

The bang-for-buck of this place is unbelievable, the hot pots are good but the Luroufan (滷肉飯) is what people come for, and it’s all you can eat! I couldn’t help but have two bowls. They also have unlimited beverages, sauces, and ice cream in an air conditioned space. Incredible at this price point.

They give you an egg on the side that you can add in your sauce or the pot; I recommend soft-boiling it in the pot and eating it with a gooey yolk on top of your braised pork rice for an extra creamy experience.

我就簡單說一句： （什麼一堆媽的小火鍋根本沒辦法和丑霸比），丑霸料好實在，那一堆什麼媽的小火鍋幾片葉子和肉就要那麼貴，在地吃貨真心大推的小火鍋店就是丑霸了。

店家以前沒蒜末只有洋蔥碎，對重口味的我少了醬料的優勢，但是現在有了蒜末...嘿嘿...

大家可以試試我怎麼吃他們的滷肉飯。因為他們家的滷肉都是肥肉，說真的的確有點太粘太油，對於不是很愛吃肥肉的人來說的確是會有點打折扣，所以他們家有了蒜末，那自然不能浪費，加一點在滷肉飯裡，根本一絕，不但多了點爽脆的口感也能減少油膩感，而且也沒生蒜的辣度，下次大家可以嚐試看看。

再來，我幾乎只吃他們家的皮蛋鍋，因為湯比較清，皮蛋鍋對於敢吃香菜的我而言，就感覺加了香菜應該是會更完美。但是沒關係，從開火時就先加一點蒜末，這個鍋煮到最後，湯頭就會有股蒜頭的香甜味，也是不錯的組合，就會像蒜頭雞...

肉臊飯非常好吃！ 火鍋還沒煮開前直接先吃完一碗🥰

肉臊是碎碎的肥肉，肉臊鍋常常補充，不怕撈不到肉。

火鍋算是份量蠻大的鍋，充滿了蔬菜。 點餐時可以請店家把火鍋料換掉。（看起來是換成其他蔬菜、豆皮）

每鍋會附一顆生蛋。

飲品、小美冰淇淋放在用餐區。 紅豆口味的冰淇淋是常駐款，非常好！ 冰品區有甜筒餅乾。

肉臊飯、醬料、白開水（冷、熱）以及餐具則是在用餐區後方，往內再過去一點的小隔間。 第一次來的客人可能會找不到。

店家態度親切。

結帳處有衣架可以掛外套。
