Update : 17 Feb 2024 As I mentioned earlier, your pizza is freshly made deliciously. You are probably the best that I ate in Taipei. Very unfortunate that your customer service sucks and I am so pissed that although your pizzas are good, I hate to go back.
I walked in at 1.45pm today hoping for a quick lunch before I head to the supermarket. Your sign says closed at 2.30pm which gave me ample time to eat. However when I walked in, I was asked if I want dine in or takeaway. I said I will dine in. The lady retorted that I have until 2.15pm to finish my food.
I am in the only customer inside and they probably wished I didn't walk in because I am hindering their chance to close shop asap.
As it left me with such disgusted mood, I decided to leave without finishing my pizza and drink. I asked to pack up my food and was given a box and rubberband..... do it yourself!
A guy came out from the kitchen and I asked him if he's the boss. He said no. I asked if the boss is inside. He replied that the boss doesn't come in at all. I tried to vent my frustration by telling him what happened. Both him and the lady at the counter did not offer any apology nor said anything nice.
Your pizza may taste great but how can your business flourish if this is the customer service attitude you are dishing out?
Update: Sep 2023 I've been back many times to do take away and ordered for a home party too! Thank you!
Today I googled for pizza near me. I live along Changsha St Sec 2 for the last 20 years and was surprised to find this little pizza place today! Your FB page says no need to make a reservation so I just walked in. Simple dining area but the chair is uncomfortable. Menu was simple and easy to understand. I liked that it has English translation. We ordered a prawn garlic pizza which came piping hot, prawns were fresh and pizza was delish! However I like garlic and would wish for a more garlicky taste. Wished there was cheese powder we could add to the pizza! The fried chicken was yummy, crispy and all using thigh meat. I was pleasantly surprised to find 7 pieces for the price of 160 as part of the set that came with a drink. I enjoyed the meal very much, thank you!...

My children were particularly enchanted by both the pizza and the daily soup, which happened to be a creamy, indulgent mushroom on our visit.
Service here is impressively swift, ensuring that pizzas arrive promptly and soups are served piping hot.
The ambiance is further enhanced by the refreshingly cool air conditioning, perfectly chilled beers, and an impeccably clean, inviting space.
This little pizzeria truly exceeded my expectations, standing out as a gem in the...
Read moreI was pleasantly surprised by this place.
Its an affordable but still tasty pizza place, which is honestly hard to come by in Taiwan.
The menu was pretty creative too which is fun. The dough was pretty good, although it shpuld be cooked a little more. Its never nice to see white looking pizzas.
I will probably come back to this place again. Biggest down point was the customer service, which was fairly nonexistent but it's Taiwan so sometimes it just...
