富察家拉麵 Fuca Hala Ramen 永春 — Restaurant in Xinyi District

I had the Spicy Chicken Paitan and really enjoyed it! The place overall is more casual and spacious for seating than you will typically find in Taipei. It’s also in a pretty nice let of town to walk around before or after eating.

Some of the best chicken paitan ramen in Taipei in my opinion. The noodles are particularly good. Toppings are nice, although I don't really like the egg as much - it's sweet and has a slight 5 spice flavor. Delicious chashu rice too.

I went around 6pm on a Friday and had about a 15 minute wait.

富察家是去年年初開幕的店家，店名算是一個蠻有趣的特色。 據社團麵友食記和老闆聊天的內容是因為店主的母親就姓「富察」，不過大家對於富察的認識我想絕大多數都是從歷史課本或是清朝宮廷劇了。

店內販售的拉麵湯頭品項目前只有兩款：雞白湯、七段蒜油雞白湯。 一般雞白湯有兩個價位，差異就是配料配置上的不同。

店外有蠻大一塊候位的區域，店內是圍繞內場的L型吧台座位。 店內的呈現是綠色+原木的組合，另外牆上有店主去日本各地玩買的繪馬，蠻特別的收藏！

空檔時間跟店主聊日本行，我想會有很多收穫，加上最近店主剛從日本回來沒多久，粉專被麵友敲碗行程就能略知一二。

富察家有另外一個被麵友私下的稱呼，我想這原因不外乎就是麵的呈現樣貌神似外，其實店內的店員有待過該店也是其中的原因。
