Some of the best chicken paitan ramen in Taipei in my opinion. The noodles are particularly good. Toppings are nice, although I don't really like the egg as much - it's sweet and has a slight 5 spice flavor. Delicious chashu rice too. I went around 6pm on a Friday and had about a 15 minute wait. I will definitely come back here. Highly recommended.

★拉麵迷請進→FB、IG搜尋：『台灣拉麵愛好會』 ▎店家：富察家 ▎區域／鄰近地點：台北市／捷運永春出口2 ▎拉麵名稱／價格：七段蒜油雞湯拉麵／290 ▎配置：麵硬 ▎延伸：#採點 ★現場依序排隊等候 ★吃完再結帳 富察家是去年年初開幕的店家，店名算是一個蠻有趣的特色。 據社團麵友食記和老闆聊天的內容是因為店主的母親就姓「富察」，不過大家對於富察的認識我想絕大多數都是從歷史課本或是清朝宮廷劇了。 店內販售的拉麵湯頭品項目前只有兩款：雞白湯、七段蒜油雞白湯。 一般雞白湯有兩個價位，差異就是配料配置上的不同。 店外有蠻大一塊候位的區域，店內是圍繞內場的L型吧台座位。 店內的呈現是綠色+原木的組合，另外牆上有店主去日本各地玩買的繪馬，蠻特別的收藏！ 空檔時間跟店主聊日本行，我想會有很多收穫，加上最近店主剛從日本回來沒多久，粉專被麵友敲碗行程就能略知一二。 富察家有另外一個被麵友私下的稱呼，我想這原因不外乎就是麵的呈現樣貌神似外，其實店內的店員有待過該店也是其中的原因。 看之前食記說未來有機會會出一些滿州菜?! 就讓我們期待看看了~ ▎七段蒜油雞湯拉麵： 因為難得來，所以想一次都能吃到就選了七段這碗。 麵上來先撈周圍還沒被黑蒜油覆蓋到的區域試試原本的湯頭，之後再混合。 湯頭濃度我自己覺得蠻剛好的，味道呈現上也確實跟麵友私下戲稱的有那麼神似感，不過還是有所區別，這碗的濃度上比較沒那麼重。 黑蒜油粉專是說用七種不同程度的處理的蒜混合而成，不過我是沒有嚐出七種味道，就好比同樣以黑蒜油為招牌的玩笑亭也同樣是標榜使用這樣混合比例的黑蒜油。 就看混合的黑蒜油的比例會呈現不同的味道，不過如果有那麼多味道出現那真的就會很神；這碗的黑蒜混入湯中，其實就會搶走湯的風味，以黑蒜味道為主體。 所以黑蒜的味道呈現會變得很重要，以目前吃到的黑蒜油來說，是算不錯的。 如果喜歡黑蒜油的麵友可以試試，目前黑蒜油有定番的店家還是算少數，雞湯店又更少。 其餘叉燒味道真的就非常神似，但是口感呈現上就不同。 吃過的麵友應該懂我想表達的~ 整體來說，在永春這區域選擇相對少，富察家是這邊很好的選擇！

Some of the best chicken paitan ramen in Taipei in my opinion. The noodles are particularly good. I had the Spicy Chicken Paitan and really enjoyed it! The place overall is more casual and spacious for seating than you will typically find in Taipei. It’s also in a pretty nice let of town to walk around before or after eating.

I think the pork Chashu was a bit chewy but the chicken topping was really nice and simple. The thick Noodles are classically chewy. Nothing much to say or complain about, just a good solid bowl of...
