In my definition, this is a fast food restaurant. The only difference is the platting and the pricing.

Service provided by the waiter was really thoughtful.

Pork chop was dry. Miso soup, rice and shredded cabbage are all you can eat!

It's crowded and noisy as fast food restaurant should be. And it's convenient.

Cashier mixed up my check with other's, twice! Be sure to double check yours before...

最近拿了全家的三倍券優惠再訪，原本新聞稿說雙人餐折價300，後來卻改了沒告知消費者，害我到店裡才知道有券和沒券一樣...身為大戶屋支持者，覺得這樣的做法很令粉絲心涼。

🍚日期：2020多次 🍚用餐時段：晚餐 🍚用餐型態：內用（有menu喔） 🍚注文餐點：炭烤鹽麴松阪豬定食、茶碗蒸、野菜豬肉鍋定食、養生紅豆湯圓 大戶屋是以前住在日本時的重要食物源，一週至少會吃個二三次。在台灣則是隔了好一陣子沒有吃，發現食材更強調在地化、履歷化，份量也有所調整。 用餐當天點了炭烤鹽麴松阪豬定食含茶碗蒸、野菜豬肉鍋定食、並加點飲料和甜點養生紅豆湯圓。炭烤鹽麴松阪豬沾一點玫瑰鹽真的是超級美味，配上大戶屋引以為傲的白飯，覺得自己似乎可以吃兩份！...

共計4大1小用餐，人均400左右，有10%服務費。點餐、加點皆用平板下訂，服務人員態度佳、有禮貌，白飯、高麗菜、味噌湯等套餐有附皆可免費續。

📍碳烤雞豬雙麴定食 370 雙拼的肉品份量看起來不多，就雞肉四塊/豬肉八小條，下面墊了一層洋蔥？但白白的沒什麼味道。雞肉是有嫩，但離味道完全入進去還差一些些；豬肉比較好吃，油滋滋的配上旁邊的醃蘿蔔片解膩剛好，算豬五花？高麗菜配沾醬很清爽，新續的高麗菜絲是冰鎮的🥶；茶碗蒸是屬於有些微鹹，裡面沒太多料。

📍雞肉蔬菜燴黑醋醬定食 300 同行友人很喜歡這道，有蔬菜也有雞肉較飲食均衡？雞肉是好吃的，外層裹的醬是甜味，類似糖醋醬殼的樣式，但更甜味，肉的份量還行，再多怕會膩；該套餐沒有茶碗蒸。

📍牛肉壽喜燒定食 400 牛肉片嫩，沒有那種很難咬的筋，湯頭微甜蠻好下飯，吃起來份量不讓人覺得負擔。
