Ordered food in the app, got linked to this restaurant, payment was taken. Then the restaurant closed, waiting 1+ hour now for a promised 30 minute delivery, restaurant closed, no updates, no customer service available, and the lucky time the app shows my order cancellation is impossible because “the restaurant is preparing your order”… I have been waiting 1+ hour for them to prepare and deliver the order but nothing…

More like McScam instead of McDonalds, if you can’t handle delivery orders then don’t take the money.

After 2 hours went to the restaurant, order was prepared getting cold. No one cared to have it delivered, so paid 39 dollar delivery fee to have to walk to the restaurant and eat the food on the street.

There's a mistake in the ordering machine. The amount of money and the number of meals are wrong. The waitress didn't stop preparing the food. Instead, she blamed the customer, saying, "He said he didn't order any of these meals."
