The dishes here are barely close to one-star award by Michelin Guide. They're not too bad to taste, yet never close to what we expected from Michelin. I personally found the snacks taste more like Taiwanese flavors than Cantonese. What hindered the dining experience was the service. The servers were chatting loudly around the counter. The dumplings were tilted and rolled to one side of the steamer (see photo) which was not properly served at table. The tags they were wearing said interns. None of the standard dim sum delights were on the menu so I had to settle with the fried pork chop with fried rice and shrimp vermicelli rolls. The fried rice was ok, not bad but not great and what you would expect of fried rice. The shrimp vermincelli roll was soft and mealy.
