The brownies were absolutely delicious; if only the pasta was as good. Clearly the owners are very passionate about their cooking. The presentation and store are beautiful. However, as a pasta lover I was extremely disappointed with their Carbonara. They used far too much black pepper and it tasted more like black pepper pasta with a bit of cream. My advice for them is to lessen the amount of pepper used as it overpowers the dish. The pumpkin soup was also extremely disappointing. It was weak, watery and without any creaminess or body. I was reminded upon finishing my meal that I must bring my own dishes to them for cleaning. They should really hire a waiter to do that instead. I'm paying for a service not to work for a service.

The chicken salad was tasty and the meat was juicy even if it was a bit small. The chicken curry was great. My son loved it. I wasn't a fan of the pumpkin soup but I don't usually like that.
