Very unique and delicious steamed pork bun. The meat is flavorful, juicy, so tender and crunchy (or bouncy?) at the same time. The bun is light and airy, just perfect unlike any other steamed bun. Be sure to use their light brown sauce (can’t figure out what is it, taste a bit vinegary) mixed it with garlic water and soy sauce. 10 if these incredible little bombs will not be enough!
